Pam comes to Isenberg with extensive Fortune 100, early-career acquisition, marketing, community responsibility, sport marketing, and corporate communications experience.  She’s known for implementing collaborative initiatives with a focus on early career recruitment and development. In her last role, Pam developed and implemented a large-scale IT intern-to-hire, career pipeline program (high school – college) at MassMutual. She also has experience in event planning, project planning, and process improvement. Pam’s excited to leverage her experience and passion to assist students in reaching their career goals and aspirations. She earned her B.S. from American International College in Psychology and Sociology and is a certified project manager.
