You may notice the undergraduate student outcomes data differ slightly between IConnect and our Outcomes by Major information sheets. Here’s why. Our outcomes tool on IConnect presents combined outcomes, e.g., employment and continuing education, whereas the employment data in our Outcomes by Major are based solely on graduates seeking full-time employment. The methods we use for collecting outcomes data from our grads are in strict accordance with the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). First Destination

First Destination refers to the postgraduate plans of Isenberg School of Management graduates six months after graduation. Employment outcomes are based on those students seeking full-time employment. Please note that the data you will find here differ slightly from the data reflected in our student profiles below. That is because, as an accredited business school, we use a data collection methodology supported by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) for our outcomes in the profiles. The data reflected in this searchable First Destination database is supported by uConnect, the platform which powers this site. Both methodologies are respected and reflect standard practice in higher education. The difference between the two is minor yet worth pointing out.
