Welcome to the EAB Business Development Representative Program! We are thrilled to have you here.

At EAB, our mission is to make education smarter and our communities stronger. During this program, you will get the opportunity to step into the shoes of a Business Development Representative or Partner Development Representative (as the role is titled internally) and complete tasks that replicate the work that our team does every day. You’ll learn key skills in:

Lead identification and qualificationCrafting personalized and effective communicationsEngaging productively with team members

We hope this program provides a great resource for you to upskill and strengthen your resume as you explore the partner development representative position and a potential career at EAB.

Please note: EAB hires Partner Development Representative applicants on a rolling basis year-round in our Washington, D.C. and Richmond, VA offices. 

This program is self-paced. It takes approximately 1-2 hours to complete.
