How do Micro-Internships Work?

  • Concise, scoped projects (20–40 hours): Define clear inputs, milestones, and deliverables your micro‑intern can complete independently.
  • Flexible summer window: Projects can run any time within the June–August 14, 2026, timeframe.
  • Simple process via Parker Dewey: Post your project, review applicants, interview if you wish, and select your micro‑intern.
  • Clear expectations: Plan at least three touchpoints (kickoff, midpoint, wrap‑up), confirm deliverables and success criteria, and provide timely feedback at close.

What else should I know?

  • Risk-free talent pipeline: See real deliverables from motivated students before committing to longer internships or full-time roles.
  • Extend your reach and brand on campus: Engage early talent and build your presence among Isenberg students.
  • Flexible, on-demand support: Submit short projects any time (20 or 40 hours), beyond the usual recruitment cycle.
  • Cost-free for you: Thanks to program funding, eligible organizations can participate at no cost.
  • Proven across sectors: Past partners include investment funds, marketing agencies, regional banks, biotechs, non‑profits, and insurance providers.
