The Office of Career Success was created in the summer of 2020 by Dean Anne Massey. The primary mission of the office is to support her priority to enable student success. Since that summer, the Office of Career Success (or OCS) has run with the challenge and engaged in numerous initiatives, including the development and launch of IConnect!

Born of a strategic partnership between the Business Communication Program and Chase Career Center, the OCS prioritizes helping our students get what they need to help them achieve their career goals. To us, that means:

  • career and professional development classes, bootcamps, and workshops

  • 1:1 appointments with career coaches, peers, faculty, and others dedicated to helping our students

  • opportunities to practice, build, and polish critical professional skills, ranging from networking to public speaking to interviewing skills

  • reliable, high-quality resources available through IConnect, our classes, and 1:1 appointments

  • events for networking with professionals and learning about career opportunities

  • up-to-date, featured events, internship, and job opportunities, involving our partner employers, alumni, and other friends of Isenberg

Whether a current student in an on-campus or online program, in classrooms in Amherst, Newton, or one of our other locations, we’re here to help enable your career success!
