As a premier graduate student organization at the Isenberg School of Management (UMass Amherst), we empower emerging female leaders to excel in competitive industries through skill-building, mentorship, and fearless collaboration.

Mission: To empower women in business to maximize their potential and foster meaningful community connections while creating lasting impact. We cultivate a transformative community where women gain the tools, networks, and confidence to shatter glass ceilings, lead with innovation, and drive measurable impact in their careers.
Activities include (but are not limited to):
Skill Development: Hosting workshops led by industry titans and Ivy League experts.
Leadership Cultivation: Forging pathways to executive roles through peer mentorship, board leadership opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
Global Connections: Amplifying voices by connecting members with trailblazers at Fortune 500 companies, including our upcoming Professional Expedition to Microsoft.
Advocacy: Championing equity in business by spotlighting underrepresented talent and fostering inclusive spaces.
Impact: In 2024 alone, we equipped 150+ future leaders (at $0 cost), partnered with Women for UMass to secure a landmark opportunity at Microsoft’s global HQ, and built a board of visionary student leaders dedicated to elevating every member’s potential.
