The Minutemen Marketing Group (MMG) is a highly selective, student-run organization at the Isenberg School of Management, designed to offer dedicated undergraduates an advanced platform for professional development and the application of technical marketing skills. Comprising approximately twenty junior and senior analysts, MMG fosters a collaborative environment where students provide one-on-one feedback, work closely together, and gain invaluable hands-on experience.
Members of MMG benefit from personalized guidance in navigating internships, career opportunities, and industry insights. Each semester, student analysts select a specific industry sector and company for their individual marketing pitches. Through this process, they gain expertise in conducting in-depth company research, evaluating marketing strategies, and developing actionable business plans to drive growth. The group aims to equip its members with essential skills such as public speaking, leadership, and personal branding—tools vital for success in any field.
Founded by Elise Porter in 2024, MMG was created to enhance the resources available within Isenberg’s marketing program and to offer meaningful, practical experiences for its members. MMG is supported by an accomplished executive board: Elise Porter, Victoria D’Olimpio, Gabriella Lopes, Samantha Larsen, Katherine Ball, and Jason Emerson.
