Ever wonder what could help differentiate you from another candidate? Creating a virtual portfolio could be just the thing!
Part of your job is to help people understand why “the numbers” matter, what they mean, and why they should care about them. When a recruiter can see how you’ve taken raw data, organized and cleaned it, and then created data visualizations – all of a sudden, your work is more engaging, it’s accessible, and it shows them why your skills sets are important. It shows them that you can take data sets and make them accessible to differentiated audiences. You have the skills – now you just need to show recruiters how you use them!

A Superday interview typically occurs as the final interview step within the hiring process for highly competitive consulting or finance roles. Keep in mind, different firms look for different things so a generic preparation just won’t work – you have to have a strategy to specialize your interviewing prep!
COACHING TIPS OF THE WEEK
At the end of each week, ask yourself: What worked? What didn’t? What will I do differently next week? Tracking your efforts allows you to identify what needs to improve, and capitalize on areas that are already in motion.
Now is the perfect time to update your resume! Add new projects, work or internship experience, or skills you’ve learned this semester before you move into your Summer sessions or Summer Break.
