Annalisa Eramo is a junior from Stoneham, Massachusetts pursuing a major in Finance. She is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of UMass’s Smart Woman Securities Chapter and a senior analyst in the Minutemen Fixed Income Fund on campus, responsible for the coverage of the TMT sector. Last summer, she worked at Fidelity Investments in their DISE Program and this upcoming summer she will be returning to Fidelity as a High Yield Summer Research Associate. Annalisa is also one of the Girls Who Invest Campus Ambassadors at UMass Amherst. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, working out, and spending time with family and friends.
Abigail Varney is a senior Finance major and Information Technology minor in the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. She is a co-founding member of UMass’s Smart Woman Securities Chapter and has held positions as Chief Development Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Abigail interned at Fidelity Investments on the Real Estate Debt Securities team after her sophomore year and interned at RBC this past summer doing Equity Research. After graduation, she will be working at Cambridge Associates full time as an Investment Analyst. Aside from SWS, Abigail is a senior analyst in the Minutemen Fixed Income Fund and works as a University Tour Guide. Abigail is from Marshfield, MA, and in her free time she enjoys spinning, volunteering, and poetry.
Alexandra Daddio is a senior from Norwell, Massachusetts pursuing a major in Finance and minoring in Business and Data Analytics. Alexandra is the CIO of SWS and is also the chairwoman of the Minutemen Equity Fund on campus. Alexandra interned at Oaktree Capital Management L.P. as part of their Infrastructure Investing group after her sophomore year. She also participated in the Girls Who Invest Summer Intensive Program and is now the Campus Ambassador for Girls Who Invest at UMass Amherst. This past summer, she interned at Goldman Sachs in New York in their Investment Banking Division and will be returning after graduation to work there full time. In her free time, she loves to explore new places, enjoy time with family and friends as well as take spin and Pilates classes.
Tanvi Rane is a senior pursuing a degree in Finance, minor in IT, and certificate in real estate, graduating in May 2022. She is the CRO of Smart Woman Securities and is also currently a senior analyst in the Minutemen Fixed Income Fund covering the Energy sector. Tanvi has previously interned at Fidelity in their DISE program and Citi in their Sales and Trading division, where she will be returning full-time after graduation. In her free time, she enjoys practicing karate, traveling, and reading.
Victoria Drejsa is a junior Finance major from Easthampton, Massachusetts and is the CDO of Smart Woman Securities. Victoria has been involved with SWS since her freshman year and organized the alumni to student mentorship program last semester. This semester, she is involved in leading the 10-week stock pitch seminar series. Victoria is a junior analyst in the Minutemen Equity Fund and a member of CHAARG on campus. Victoria has interned as a Private Equity Summer Analyst on the Diverse Manager Team at GCM Grosvenor and as a Private Equity Analyst at Semper Investment Company. Next summer she will be interning at Credit Suisse in New York in their Investment Banking Division. Aside from school, Victoria enjoys swimming, cooking, and hiking.
Olivia Dobisz is a senior Finance major from Waltham, Massachusetts and is the COO of Smart Woman Securities at UMass. Last year, Olivia was a mentee in Loomis Sayles’ Undergraduate Women’s Investment Network and interned at TJX this past summer in their finance and accounting program. Olivia will be returning to TJX after she graduates in the Spring of next year as a full-time financial analyst. In her free time, she enjoys spinning, being outside, and hanging out with friends and family.
