To support both undergraduate and graduate alumni as they navigate their careers, the Isenberg Office of Career Success offers Alumni Career Workshop Series designed for recent alumni within their first five years after graduation. These virtual 30-minute workshops will be offered monthly and focus on practical career development topics such as career growth, networking, professional confidence, and navigating change in today’s workplace.

This session takes a step back and looks at what’s actually happening when a job search isn’t gaining traction. Explore ways to rethink your approach, identify where you’re getting stuck, and create a job search strategy that feels more intentional—and less like applying into a black hole.

This session will help you look at your experience differently, identify the skills and strengths you’ve already built, and get better at communicating your value in applications, conversations, and interviews.
