Campus Recruiting is hosting Liberty’s virtual Student Diversity Symposium on Thursday October 14th and Friday October 15th, 2021.
The Student Diversity Symposium is designed to facilitate constructive dialogue amongst underrepresented students surrounding topics in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and the future of the workplace. Selected students will participate in strength assessments, workshops, a mini case study, and network with leadership. Our goal is for participants to have the opportunity to network with other students from around the country and to ultimately gain a deeper understanding of DEI and its importance in the workplace.
Students will have the opportunity to select a track they are interested in learning more about, spanning multiple different functional areas, including: Accounting, Actuarial, Analytics, Finance, and Technology. Additionally, participants will be given the opportunity to interview for a Summer 2022 internship following the event!
The event is primarily geared towards sophomores or juniors who are actively looking to explore the intersectionality of DEI and corporate recruiting. Interested students must apply HERE by October 1st.
