iCons Information Session at Isenberg this Sunday, Oct. 3rd

UMass iCons (Integrated concentration in Science) is recruiting freshmen and sophomores.  Previously, the program was only open to STEM students, and now it is open to Isenberg students. https://icons.cns.umass.edu/

Please come this Sunday, October 3rd, at 6 pm in N135 in the Isenberg Innovation Hub for a short presentation about iCons, how it can fit with your curriculum, and types of real-life problems you will be able to work on.  This is a great opportunity to combine skills you learn in Isenberg classes and apply them to problems related to sustainability, water resources, clean energy transition, biomedicine, among others.

Professor Auerbach, director of the iCons program will lead the presentation.  Mila Getmansky Sherman, finance faculty at Isenberg will also participate and engage in Q&A.

Click here and here for additional information about the program and deadlines for the application.  If you have any questions, please, email Scott Auerbach auerbach@chem.umass.edu , Wesley Dunham wdunham@umass.edu, or Mila Getmansky Sherman msherman@isenberg.umass.edu.
